Pros: The look is accurate minus the logo
Price is nice
Cons: Feels too breakable when holding or pressing
Controls too sensitive on directional pad
You get what you pay for
Other Thoughts: I bought these for a retro gaming table in a convention to let people play with an older feel style. The controllers have no weight to them and pressing B or A too hard feels like your thumb may just break through the back with the slightest push. The directional pad was described to me by other players at the event as 'wonky' and after testing both controllers that I bought that they are way too sensitive to control when pressing down that it may register left or right in the process. For self use you can get used to the feel eventually but as far as public events and such I would stay away from these and pay more for a usb adapter for an authentic controller. Lesson learned by these things.
Pros: works great and I was only expecting a controller but I received two!!
Cons: D-pad isn't the best
Pros: Nice Controller, no problems, work great.
Cons: None
Other Thoughts: Would purchase again
Pros: There is no pros about this product and the manufacturer of this product needs to figure out what the heck they are doing wrong.
I purchased this product with the hopes I could use a retro controller for gaming and as soon as I opened the package it looked great and I was excited. I was extremely let down after pluging it in and trying it out with an emulator.
Cons: The down side was that upon carefully opening the package and rolling out the cabling, I plugged the controller in. opened up a game the screen loaded to where I could assign the controller buttons to what they were. I then loaded a game and started to try to play. I found out that one of the buttons were broke. This product isn't worth the 12 bucks I paid. I was thoroughly dissappointed with the product.
Other Thoughts: Would be nice if I could get a working replacement
Pros: Looks good, the A and B are fine and the controller itself is technically functional, however..
Cons: The directional pad isn't so great. After noticing that the input seemed off -- noticing up input when I was clearly only pressing right -- I opened the product up to take a look, Turns out the rubber between the sensors and the D-pad is too large, so the plastic d-pad consistently presses two of the rubber puts, thus putting in multiple input. Despite this I can still get away with playing a side scroller if I'm careful with my fingers, as in pressing only the very end of the direction.
That aside, there's nothing physically wrong with the controller. It's just cheaply made, mostly.
